unfriendly staffpoor spa facilities
the check-in process lacked warmth the staff member provided minimal details about the hotel facilities. i paid an extra fee to access the spa facilities only to find them underwhelming this felt especially frustrating given the already high cost of the stay. in many comparable hotels access to thermal suites is included it would have enhanced the experience significantly.
